Today at the Novruz holiday Dhurata Thanasi from Luga e Argjendtë tells us what should not be missing from the table.
"Historically, Nowruz day was exactly the time for innovation, celebration and abundance, cleaning houses and preparing them for the spring season and filling tables with spring cooking," Thanasi wrote in a post on her Instagram.
She suggests that the table today have as much greenery as wild cabbage sprigs.
